Building Manager — KL Towers

Location: Ayapakkam, Chennai | Full-time | On-site

We manage a mixed-use residential and commercial property in Ayapakkam and are looking for a reliable, people-friendly Building Manager to be the face of the property for tenants and vendors.

What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for prospective and existing tenants — field calls, show units, screen candidates, and keep the proprietor informed
Support lease preparation, track renewals and key dates, and coordinate documentation
Oversee day-to-day maintenance, liaise with vendors, and ensure the property is well-kept at all times
Supervise in office housekeeping, cleaning, and other support staff
Handle basic bookkeeping, bill payments, and expense tracking with defined approval limits
Submit regular updates to the proprietor on occupancy, maintenance, and tenant matters

What we're looking for:
Prior experience in property management is a plus but not required




Confident in communicating with wide range of people like maintenance workers, tenants, EB/government staff, visitors, etc.,
Solid verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English
Comfort with basic digital tools - WhatsApp, spreadsheets, UPI payments
Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple things simultaneously
Trustworthy and honest - you'll be managing relationships with tenants on behalf of the owner

What we offer:

Market-competitive salary with a performance bonus of up to one month's salary every six months, based on clearly defined targets. As Volition Realty expands operations in KL Towers and other locations, this role has genuine growth potential for the right person.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
