Job Description

We are hiring Warehouse / Hub Supervisors to manage day-to-day operations at the assigned warehouse or hub. The candidate will supervise the team, monitor order processing, and ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse/hub operations.
Manage and allocate work to picker, packer, delivery, and support staff.
Monitor order picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
Monitor team attendance, productivity, and performance.
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the hub.




Prepare daily operational reports and updates.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or hub operations preferred.
Experience supervising a team will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and basic computer/smartphone skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Comfortable working in shifts, if required.
