OutMazed Tourism is looking for a Contracting Assistant / Executive to support hotel and supplier contracting for our B2B travel business in Mumbai, India.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Support hotel and supplier contracting activities and supplier negotiations.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, wholesalers and other travel suppliers.
Maintain supplier agreements, hotel contracts, rates and promotional offers.
Update validity dates, cancellation policies, supplements and commercial terms accurately in the system.
Assist with hotel/product setup, rate loading and verification.
Follow up on outstanding contracts, rates, offers and supplier updates.
Support new supplier onboarding and coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Product teams.
Maintain organized and accurate contracting records.

Candidate Requirements




Previous contracting experience within the travel industry is mandatory.
Experience with established travel companies, wholesalers, bedbanks, OTAs, DMCs or similar organizations.
Knowledge of supplier negotiations, hotel contracting and commercial agreements.
Understanding of B2B travel business and supplier systems.
Robust communication, supplier coordination and relationship-management skills.
Valuable Excel and computer skills, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
