Position: Website Manager – E-commerce

Job Description:

We are looking for a Website Manager to manage and maintain our E-commerce website. The candidate will be responsible for product uploading, website content updates, order management, inventory updates, online payments, customer queries and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the E-commerce website.
Upload and update product images, descriptions, prices and categories.
Manage online orders, inventory and order status.
Coordinate shipping and delivery updates.
Manage website banners, offers and promotional content.
Monitor website performance and resolve basic website issues.
Coordinate with the technical/development team for website-related problems.
Handle customer queries related to online orders.
Maintain daily/weekly sales and website performance reports.
Basic knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce, SEO, Google Analytics and E-commerce operations will be preferred.

Salary Range: 20k to 30k
