VMC Programming & Machining (Primary Responsibility)
Develop CNC/VMC programs using manual programming only.
Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.
Optimize machining parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and machining strategies.
Manufacture precision tool room components including:
Jigs
Fixtures
Gauges
Dies
Machine spare parts
Prototype components
Ensure dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
Perform program modifications based on engineering changes or production requirements.
CNC/VMC Operations (Secondary Responsibility)
Support CNC/VMC operations whenever required.
Troubleshoot CNC/VMC machining issues related to programming and tooling.
Assist CNC/VMC operators in program execution and setup.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
