About the role

SHAZES, the parent company of Flyira, is hiring a Sales Manager to grow retail, distributor, institutional and B2B sales for its women’s hygiene business in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities
Build and manage distributor, retailer and institutional relationships.
Drive monthly sales targets, market coverage and repeat orders.
Guide field sales activity, outlet visits and follow-up reporting.
Identify local growth prospects across retail, schools, hospitals, NGOs and workplaces.
Maintain accurate sales, collection and market feedback records.

What we are looking for
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Interest in FMCG, hygiene, retail or B2B sales.
Comfort with field travel and target-based work.
Freshers with solid potential and experienced candidates are welcome.
