Job Title: Program Manager – Convergence & Operations

Location: Andhra Pradesh – Phase-I Centres
Reports To: Agency’s State PMU
Salary – 25,000 to 40,000 based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre and coordinate with government departments, welfare programs, community stakeholders and other relevant agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the centre.
Coordinate with government departments and other stakeholders for programme implementation.
Support convergence of government welfare and community programmes.
Coordinate and supervise centre-level staff and activities.
Maintain programme-related documentation, reports and records.
Support community outreach and mobilisation activities.
Monitor the delivery of services and ensure activities are completed as planned.




Prepare and submit periodic operational and programme reports.
Liaise with the State PMU and provide updates on centre activities.
Address operational issues and coordinate their resolution.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Social Work or Public Administration preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
Government liaison
Welfare administration
Consultancy services
Community outreach
Programme coordination
Working knowledge of Telugu and English.
Basic digital literacy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
