Service Cum Fitter

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Special Allowances

We are looking for a Service Cum Fitter to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for installation, fitting, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of furniture/interior-related products at project sites and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation and fitting work at project sites and customer locations.
Handle service and maintenance requirements after installation.
Identify and troubleshoot fitting, hardware, and installation-related issues.
Attend customer service complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Take measurements and ensure proper fitting and alignment.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Project, and Service teams.
Handle tools and equipment safely and properly.
Complete service and fitting work within the given schedule.
Maintain proper quality and finishing standards.
Travel to customer locations and project sites as required.

Requirements




ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with relevant experience in fitting, installation, furniture, interior, carpentry, or service work will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and fitting methods.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel to project and customer locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
