Job Summary

ABAP Team Lead E3.1 for UMG

Key Responsibilities

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with atleast 4 years in S/4 HANA workplace in Lead capacity
Own technical solution designs, effort estimations, and architecture specs for complex WRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects.
Build and review advanced developments using ABAP OO, Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP, OData services, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
Deep command of Object-Oriented ABAP, enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits), ALE/IDocs, and Adobe/Smartforms is required
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (SAP Joule, Cursor or similar tools) is an advantage
Robust exposure to integration technologies: IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services
Proven track record of mentoring junior developers, estimating project workloads, and managing stakeholder communications.
