We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling IT products, software, SaaS, or IT services. The candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, product pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify B2B leads* through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.

Pitch and sell IT products/software/technology solutions* to prospective clients.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion and closure*.
Follow up with prospects and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain sales reports, CRM records, and regular activity updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for product demos and client requirements.

Requirements:





1 year of relevant B2B sales experience is mandatory.

Experience in IT product/software/SaaS/IT services sales* will be preferred.
Valuable English communication and client-handling skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Freshers and candidates without B2B IT sales experience should NOT apply.

Attractive incentives will be provided based on sales performance and target achievement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
