What You Will Do

As an Operations Intern/Executive, you will:
Track and identify government tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, and State Tender Portals.
Manage tender documentation and support end-to-end bid submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with OEMs and vendors for quotations, authorizations, and tender-related documents.
Support order execution through effective stakeholder and supplier coordination.
Maintain tender trackers, deadlines, compliance records, and MIS reports in Excel.
Ensure timely completion of tendering and order fulfillment activities.

Education:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BBA,



B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA, M.Com, or equivalent).
2025 and 2026 pass-outs or college pursuing students are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
