We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to manage the end-to-end production process for real estate marketing campaigns and creative projects. The role will involve coordinating with designers, video editors, content teams, clients, printers, fabricators, and external vendors to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete production workflow for real estate marketing projects.
Coordinate with creative, design, content, video, and digital marketing teams.
Manage production of social media creatives, reels, videos, brochures, hoardings, standees, flyers, site branding, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
Prepare production schedules, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
Review final artwork and production files for accuracy, specifications, dimensions, and brand consistency.
Coordinate last-minute changes and ensure smooth execution without affecting deadlines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Identify production challenges and provide practical solutions.




Maintain records of completed projects, vendors, quotations, and production timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in production, advertising, creative agencies, or real estate marketing.
Experience working with real estate brands/projects will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of print, outdoor advertising, digital creatives, video production, and branding materials.
Excellent vendor and project management skills.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
Positive understanding of design specifications and production processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and quality.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.

Preferred Profile

A candidate who can take ownership of projects from requirement to final delivery, coordinate effectively with multiple teams and vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that every marketing output is delivered with accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
