Quality Management System

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems as per:
ISO 9001
ISO 3834-2
ASME requirements
Customer specifications
Ensure compliance with documented procedures, SOPs, QAPs, and standards.
Lead internal and external quality audits.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, painting, assembly, and testing quality activities.

Customer & Supplier Quality
Handle major customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Interface with customers, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement
Analyze quality metrics including rejection, rework, NCRs, COPQ, and customer complaints.
Implement root cause analysis methodologies.
Drive reduction in quality costs and improve process capability.




Develop Safety Culture.
Support Housekeeping and cleaning initiatives in workshop.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers.
Develop competency improvement and training programs.
Ensure robust quality culture throughout the organization.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance – Form 10 & 11.
Maintain calibration systems, traceability, and documentation control.

In addition to the above you shall be taking up all tasks assigned by your superior for exigencies & urgent Sudden Requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
