We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring requirements across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Understand job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles.
Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling and offer coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Solid knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
