Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Interview & Onboarding: ITPL

Salary: ₹23,000 per month (In-hand)

Quartely Bonus 4,000/-

Two way Cab Service

Rotational Shift, 5 day week and 2 days rotational off

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Maintain high-quality customer service and meet process targets.
Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility
Only candidates with International Voice Process experience.
Valuable verbal communication and English fluency.
Customer service experience in an international process preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working from the office.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
