Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to supervise nursing activities, ensure proper patient care, and maintain compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
Ensure proper patient care and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
Monitor nursing documentation and patient records.
Coordinate with Nursing In-charges, doctors, and other departments.
Ensure proper staffing and duty allocation.
Monitor compliance with infection control, medication safety, and patient safety practices.
Conduct rounds and identify operational or patient-care-related issues.
Support staff training, competency assessment, and quality improvement activities.




Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of incidents and near-miss events.
Assist in maintaining NABH standards and hospital quality requirements.

Eligibility
B.Sc Nursing / GNM preferred.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Relevant experience in a hospital setting.
Previous experience in a supervisory nursing role will be preferred.
Positive communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
