CONCRETE PLANT HEAD – JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Operations
Location: RMC / Concrete Plant
Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall RMC/concrete plant operations and production.
Ensure timely production and dispatch as per project requirements.
Monitor concrete quality, raw material consumption, and wastage.
Manage plant manpower, operators, drivers, and technicians.
Coordinate plant maintenance and breakdown management.
Control plant expenses including diesel, electricity, materials, and maintenance.
Coordinate with customers, site teams, dispatch, quality, and purchase departments.
Ensure safety, discipline, and compliance at the plant.
Prepare daily production, dispatch, and plant performance reports.
Ensure smooth and productive plant operations.

Qualification & Skills
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. preferred.
8–15 years of relevant experience in RMC, concrete, or construction industry.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of plant operations and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
