Key Roles and Responsibilities
RA & Client Billing: Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for industrial clients and Project Management Consultants (PMC) based on actual site progress and contract milestones.
Subcontractor/Contractor Billing: Verify, measure, and certify bills submitted by sub-contractors for specialized industrial works (e.g., structural steel fabrication, PEB erection, heavy flooring, MEP installations).
Measurement & Verification: Take joint measurements at the site and record entries in Measurement Books (MB) matching approved engineering drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Rate Analysis & Variations: Conduct rate analysis for extra/non-tender items and manage change orders or project variations as per contract conditions.
Material Reconciliation: Perform regular material reconciliation statements (steel, cement,



structural sections, etc.) issued to or used by contractors.
Cost Control & MIS: Coordinate with planning and project management teams to track project costs, budget alignments, and prepare Management Information System (MIS) billing reports.
Payment Follow-ups: Liaise with the accounts and finance departments to ensure timely certification and realization of client invoices.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
