Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing activities. The ideal candidate should have good vendor coordination and negotiation skills and preferably have experience in laundry, linen, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Source and coordinate with vendors for linen, laundry chemicals, consumables, PPE, spare parts, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain vendor database, purchase records, quotations, and documentation.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement.
Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.
Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Stores,



and other departments for purchase-related activities.
Maintain proper MIS and purchase reports.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations will be an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Experience in laundry, linen management, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, or manufacturing will be preferred.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
