We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for company products/equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable equipment performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment/machinery at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues.
Attend breakdown and service calls and provide timely technical solutions.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Conduct equipment testing and performance checks.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and operators.
Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with the sales, production, design, and spare-parts teams for service requirements.




Identify required spare parts and coordinate their availability.
Train customers/operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of service activities and customer feedback.
Travel to customer locations as required.
Required Qualifications
ITI/Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering discipline.
2–3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or technical support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
