Macrofix Software is looking for an ERP Sales Representative to drive sales and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, united with sales acumen, to understand customer requirements, demonstrate ERP solutions, and close deals.

Working as a Sales Representative, you will:
Identify and develop new business prospects for ERP solutions across various industries.
Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies.
Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and propose suitable ERP solutions.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, and support) to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new ERP technologies to position solutions effectively.
Build solid relationships with key decision-makers, IT heads, and executives.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Who Are We Exactly Looking For?




3+ years of experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or business development roles.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or similar).
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business value.
Experience selling ERP solutions in manufacturing, retail, finance, or logistics sectors.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
Previous experience in handling mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees, and throughout education in the English medium.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
A quick learner, committed to teamwork
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must.

Note: There will be a commission over & above the salary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
