Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that align with our brand identity and business goals. Your work will play a key role in enhancing user experience and increasing audience engagement.

Responsibilities
Design and implement web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Ensure websites are fully responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Apply basic SEO principles during design to improve visibility and usability.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




2–4 years of experience in web design or a related field.
Robust knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to create responsive, visually engaging designs.
Basic knowledge of SEO concepts, including on-page SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with React and Next.js.
Familiarity with modern frontend workflows and performance optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
