Job Responsibilities:-

· Supervise and execute all MEPF works at project sites.

· Review MEPF drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and site teams for smooth execution.

· Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.

· Monitor installation of electrical systems, plumbing lines, HVAC systems, and firefighting systems.

· Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEPF works.

· Verify material quality and approve material requisitions as per project requirements.

· Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain work records.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.

· Coordinate testing and commissioning activities of MEPF systems.





· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.

· Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs.

· Assist in quantity estimation and billing verification of contractors.

· Maintain proper documentation related to MEPF activities.

Requirements

· Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

· Understanding of IS codes, safety standards, and site execution practices.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
