Create and modify CNC programs based on drawings and 3D models.
Generate G-code/M-code and toolpaths using CAM software.
Select proper cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
Set and optimize programs to improve quality, cycle time, and tool life.
Check toolpaths through simulation and avoid machining errors/collisions.
Coordinate with CNC Operators, Tool Room, Production, and Quality teams.
Troubleshoot programming and machining-related problems.
Maintain CNC program records and revision details.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.
Follow 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
