We are looking for a Clinic Manager & Procedure Counsellor to manage the day-to-day operations of a dermatology and aesthetic clinic while effectively counselling patients regarding recommended skin, hair and aesthetic procedures.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, robust patient-handling abilities and the ability to explain procedures clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Management
Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
Coordinate appointments, procedures and doctor schedules.
Supervise reception, counselling and support staff.
Maintain patient records, procedure schedules and daily reports.
Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure efficient clinic functioning.
Handle patient queries, feedback and day-to-day concerns professionally.
Monitor clinic cleanliness, ambience and overall patient experience.




Follow up with patients regarding appointments and recommended procedures.

Procedure Counselling
Counsel patients regarding doctor-recommended skin, hair and aesthetic procedures.
Explain procedures, expected benefits, number of sessions, aftercare and general precautions in a easy and skilled manner.
Help patients understand their treatment plans and answer their queries.
Follow up with interested patients and assist them in scheduling procedures.
Handle treatment-related concerns and pricing queries professionally.
Maintain proper counselling and conversion records.
Coordinate with the doctor before confirming treatment plans where required.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
