Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant F&B; Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant F&B; Manager in a hotel/resort.
Good knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
Solid communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate the F&B; team effectively.
Positive knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the F&B; Manager in managing daily F&B; operations.
Supervise and support the F&B; service team.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant operations, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
Handle guest concerns and resolve service-related issues.
Support staff training and daily operational activities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
