New Fathima Medicals is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy / Medical Store Assistant to join our growing team in Nettoor, Kochi.

If you have experience working in a pharmacy or medical store and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
Dispense medicines accurately under pharmacist supervision.
Handle billing using pharmacy billing software/POS systems.
Maintain proper stock levels and perform inventory management.
Check medicine expiry dates and arrange stock accordingly.
Receive, unpack, and organize medicine deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
Follow pharmacy regulations and company policies.
Support day-to-day store operations efficiently.

RequirementsEssential
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pharmacy or Medical Store.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.

Preferred
Experience in pharmacy billing software.
Knowledge of medicine names and brands.
Stock management experience.




Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates residing near Nettoor, Maradu, Kundannoor, Vytila, Panangad, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

Pharmacy Assistant Certification
