Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth production, quality output and minimum machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor injection moulding machines and related production equipment.
Perform machine start-up, shutdown and basic parameter checking as per approved process requirements.
Monitor machine performance, production output and product quality.
Identify and report machine abnormalities, breakdowns and process deviations.
Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments as per authorized procedures.
Support the Maintenance Team during machine breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure proper mould installation, removal and handling as instructed.
Check mould, machine and auxiliary equipment condition before starting production.
Maintain required production, machine and inspection records.
Follow approved work instructions, SOPs and process parameters.




Ensure proper segregation and handling of rejected products and production waste.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements and EHS procedures.
Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment abnormalities and safety incidents to the supervisor.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machine operation.
Knowledge of injection moulding machines will be an advantage.
Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Plastics or related trade.

Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/injection moulding environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
