We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and sales-oriented Optometrist cum Salesperson to join our current premium Zeiss Vision Center at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Optometry
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and accurate refraction.
Perform subjective and objective refraction.
Understand and explain customers' prescriptions clearly.
Recommend suitable lens solutions based on customer requirements.
Provide skilled guidance on lens options, coatings and visual solutions.
Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.

Sales & Customer Experience
Assist customers in selecting frames and eyewear based on their requirements.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable frames and lens solutions.
Explain premium brands,



lens technologies and product features.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Follow up with customers and maintain solid customer relationships.
Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from eye testing to order delivery.
Maintain excellent product presentation and store standards.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent.
Experience: 1–5 years preferred in optical retail.
Experience in optical sales and customer handling will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
