Purchase Planning
Review purchase requirements received from Production, Projects, Stores, Maintenance, Admin and other departments.
Prepare purchase plans based on stock levels, pending orders, project schedules and production requirements.
Ensure timely availability of materials without unnecessary overstocking.

Vendor Management
Identify and develop current vendors for aluminium, hardware, glass, ACP, consumables, packaging materials, machinery spares, etc.
Obtain quotations and compare price, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
Maintain an updated vendor database.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolution of quality/quantity issues.

Quotation & Commercial Negotiation
Obtain multiple quotations wherever applicable.
Prepare comparative statements (CS)



for management approval.

Purchase Order Management
Prepare Purchase Orders as per approved requirements and company procedures.
Ensure PO contains correct item description, specification, quantity, rate, GST, delivery schedule, payment terms and other conditions.
Follow up on PO acceptance and delivery commitments.

Material Follow-up
Regularly follow up with vendors for pending materials.
Track committed vs. actual delivery dates.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
