BrantaShop is looking for a E-commerce Operations & Content Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Confirm COD orders by phone and handle basic customer follow-ups
Manage orders and basic tasks
Pack jewellery orders and prepare them for dispatch
Handle basic order, return and RTO updates
Maintain easy daily records
Participate in product photos and short Instagram Reels filmed inside our office
Be comfortable speaking naturally on camera and showcasing our jewellery products

Requirements:
candidate
Positive Gujarati/Hindi/English communication
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable talking to customers
Comfortable appearing in simple product videos/Reels
Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a valuable prospect for someone who wants to learn eCommerce operations, customer handling and social media content creation while working with a growing jewellery brand.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
