SMD/SMT Machine Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Factory / Production Facility
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor SMT Pick & Place Machines and Reflow Oven.
Set up machines, load feeders and verify component placement.
Handle SMD components as per BOM and production requirements.
Inspect PCB assemblies for placement and soldering defects.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine/component feeding issues.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Maintain production, rejection and machine-related records.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of PCB, SMT process and electronic components.
Experience with Pick & Place / Reflow machines preferred.
Positive attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a production environment and meet targets.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
