We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities, generate recent business, and expand our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for developing travel sales, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving monthly business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to improve performance.
Generate recent leads through calls, referrals, networking, online platforms, and other channels.
Promote tour packages, travel services, holiday packages, and other company offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and travel partners.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages and services.
Handle client meetings, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Monitor sales pipelines, pending enquiries, and follow-up activities.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Coordinate with the operations and travel team to ensure smooth service delivery.




Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify business prospects.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Ensure timely collection and follow-up of pending customer payments.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
Experience in team handling and sales target management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
