Experience: 2–3 Years | E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product uploads, catalogues, categories & website content

Monitor website for bugs, broken links, UX issues & incorrect assets

Conduct regular product and content quality audits

Identify and report website issues with proper screenshots and details

Handle customer support through Email & WhatsApp

Coordinate with warehouse, fulfilment & logistics teams for smooth order processing

Track shipments, dispatches and resolve delivery-related issues

Maintain accurate product and dispatch records

Coordinate with Tech, Logistics,



Fulfilment & Merchandising teams

What We’re Looking For :

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Experience in product cataloguing & content management

Knowledge of Shopify, Magento or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage

Solid English & Kannada communication skills

Valuable coordination, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce space
