Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Associate to support our hiring needs for blue-collar roles. You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews for blue-collar positions
Maintain candidate databases and tracking sheets
Support onboarding processes and documentation
Coordinate with operations teams for daily hiring requirements
Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities
Skills Required:
Should have atleast 1 year of experience
Expertise in KEKA and F&B; (Clould Kitchens) industry will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with blue-collar workforce
Positive knowledge of MS office (Excel)
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
