Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle Sales & Purchase entries and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare and record Contra, Receipt & Payment entries.
Manage GST-related accounting and compliance work.
Prepare and verify TDS calculations and entries.
Handle E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing processes.
Check purchase and sales invoices for accuracy.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding balances.
Support monthly closing and accounting reports.

Most Important – Advanced Excel Skills

Candidate should have strong practical knowledge of:
Advanced Excel
XLOOKUP
VLOOKUP
INDEX + MATCH
Pivot Table
Pivot Chart
Data Analysis
Interactive Excel Dashboards
Excel formulas, data cleaning and reporting
MIS preparation and analysis

Required Skills




Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Practical knowledge of Tally Prime preferred.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, E-Way Bill & E-Invoicing.
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
Valuable accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage accounting data and reports independently.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
Freshers with solid Advanced Excel + Accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Advanced Excel + Accounting + GST/TDS + E-Way Bill + E-Invoicing + Data Analysis are the major requirements for this position.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
