About the Role

Using storytelling, interactive digital tools, and agile virtual delivery, you will foster genuine curiosity in students while demonstrating top-tier academic quality to observing parents.

Key Responsibilities
Dynamic Online Delivery: Conduct vibrant, high-energy sessions tailored for Class 7 & 8 learners using storytelling, quizzes, real-life examples, and expressive voice modulation.
Conceptual Mastery & Doubt Solving: Go beyond rote learning. Help middle-schoolers build true confidence in spoken and written English while addressing individual doubts.
Commanding Virtual Presence: Maintain an approachable, engaging camera presence that eliminates monotonous lectures and keeps young learners hooked.
Parent & Student Engagement: Deliver polished sessions that showcase academic excellence to observing parents, instilling confidence in our curriculum.
Programme Advocacy: Seamlessly highlight the value of structured, long-term learning by introducing advanced Master Programmes to parents and students where appropriate.
Digital Classroom Management: Leverage interactive boards,



AV aids, and contemporary e-learning tools to create visually compelling, interactive lessons.
Growth & Refinement: Adapt to feedback from quality audits and participate in regular faculty development workshops.

What We’re Looking For
Subject Expertise: Command over Grade 7–8 English curricula, including advanced grammar, comprehension, and creative writing.
Engaging Persona: High energy, excellent voice modulation, solid body language, and natural camera presence.
Communication Skills: Flawless pronunciation, warm interpersonal skills, and the confidence to interact effectively with both students and parents.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital presentation tools, and virtual classroom software.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Literature, B.Ed., or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience teaching at schools preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
