Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good communication.

Requirements




6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Comfortable working with calling targets.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Positive attitude, confidence, and skilled appearance.
