Candidature: (Male Only)

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Education: Diploma/B.E.-Mechanical

Job Location: Village: Rajpur, Dist.: - Mehsana, Gujarat

Experience:
Supervise daily paint shop operations and manpower.
Ensure proper surface preparation, primer and final painting of heavy machinery.
Monitor paint mixing, viscosity, coating thickness and finish quality.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of spray guns, compressors and paint booths.
Inspect finished products and control paint defects, rejection and rework.
Plan manpower and achieve daily production targets.
Control paint consumption, wastage and material costs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance,



Stores and PPC teams.
Maintain 5S, housekeeping and safety standards in the paint shop.
Train workers on painting procedures, quality and safety practices.
Maintain daily production, quality and paint consumption reports.
Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
