Job Title- Client Service Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client service executive for our client service department in our company.

Roles and Responsibility-
Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails.
Identifying and resolving client queries.
Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications.
Ensuring to respond to client queries in a qualified and timely manner.
Providing necessary guidance to the team members and new recruits.
Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.
Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreement.
Prepare technical scope documents as and when required.

Education Qualification and Skills Required-




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven work experience in the Customer Service department as a Client. Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative into IT Field.
Sound knowledge of technologies.
Positive listening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.
Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
