We are hiring for a full time eCommerce Operations & Customer Support Coordinator for a growing U.S.-focused e-commerce business.

The role will initially be a day shift in India and will eventually transition to a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector-74a, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, replacements, and product issues
Process replacements and follow customer cases through to resolution
Handle lost, delayed, damaged, and incomplete shipments
Coordinate with our U.S. warehouse for replacements and missing components
Manage incoming returns and maintain operational trackers
Prepare shipping labels when required
Create and maintain product component lists
Assist with Amazon product listings and content updates
Prepare supporting documentation for chargebacks and customer disputes
Maintain spreadsheets and track pending operational issues
Identify recurring customer or fulfillment issues and escalate them to management
Assist with general day-to-day e-commerce operations

What We’re Looking For:





No previous similar e-commerce or customer support experience is required. Training will be provided.

Ability to follow instructions and established processes
Ability to take ownership of a task and follow it through to completion
