Job Title: Personal Banker

Job Role: 50% Operations | 50% Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Operations (50%)
Handle day-to-day branch operations and provide excellent customer service.
Process account opening, KYC verification, and documentation.
Assist customers with account servicing, fund transfers, cheque-related requests, and other banking transactions.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies.
Resolve customer queries and maintain accurate records.

Sales (50%)
Acquire new customers for Savings, Current, and Salary Accounts.
Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
Achieve monthly sales and cross-selling targets.





Required Skills:
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Sales and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of banking operations and retail banking products.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven setting.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in Retail Banking, Branch Operations, or Sales. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
