Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice & Non-Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined TAT.
Maintain accuracy, quality, productivity, and process compliance.
Update customer information and transaction details in the relevant systems.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.
Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass, based on process requirement.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in Day / night shifts.
Positive interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹12,800.00 per month
