Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Corporate and support functions.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage offer process, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave data.
Coordinate with payroll for salary inputs, attendance, leave, and employee changes.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.




Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance processes.
Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
Implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related requirements.

Candidate Profile
4–5 years of experience in HR Operations & Recruitment / HR Generalist.
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage recruitment targets and HR operations independently.
Experience in Real Estate / Sales-driven organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
