Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef to prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare South Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and traditional dishes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion sizes.
Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Monitor food stock and inform management about ingredient requirements.
Minimize food wastage and control portion costs.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Assist in menu planning and introducing current South Indian dishes when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
