Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer with experience in network administration and a robust understanding of networking fundamentals. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, contributing to the overall success of our network infrastructure through support, monitoring, and project participation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide first- and second-level support for network infrastructure issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
Monitor network performance, identify potential issues proactively, and assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Participate in network projects, assisting with design, implementation, and testing of recent solutions, while documenting configurations and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams, stay current with networking technologies,



and contribute to security policies and capacity planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) with network administration.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, security concepts). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
Preferred: Experience with network monitoring tools (INMON, Zabbix), enterprise network equipment (Aruba), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (GCP), relevant industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP), and knowledge of Python
