Job SummaryWe are looking for a transparent-speaking and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our automobile service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone. Your main goal is to connect with vehicle owners, remind them of their due car services, book repair appointments, and ensure they receive excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities
Service Reminders: Call existing customers to remind them about their upcoming or overdue periodic vehicle maintenance services.
Appointment Booking: Schedule service appointments for customers and update the workshop slot calendar.
Feedback Collection: Contact customers after their service to collect feedback and check their satisfaction level.
Promote Offers: Inform customers about running service discounts, extended warranties, and special maintenance packages.
Data Entry: Accurately log call details, customer responses, and updated contact numbers in the Excel sheet

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
