HR Recruiter – Job Description
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Requirements: Positive communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
