Role Overview

We're hiring senior AI Full Stack Engineers to join a high-velocity engagement team building enterprise-grade AI-powered products. You'll own delivery across the full stack — AI/LLM integration, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and UI — shipping at scale with real accountability for outcomes.

Front-end proficiency is a strong plus. The near-term roadmap is UI-heavy, and engineers who can move fluidly across the stack — including building polished interfaces — will have the most impact.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and ship full-stack features on AI-powered enterprise applications.
Integrate LLMs and AI tools into production workflows — RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, prompt engineering at scale.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, etc.).
Contribute to UI delivery — building performant, well-structured interfaces using modern frameworks.
Collaborate with PMs, architects, and client stakeholders in an agile delivery model.
Write clean,



testable, production-ready code built for enterprise scale.

What You Bring
6+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Java, or Go).
Hands-on production experience integrating AI/ML models or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain, etc.).
Solid AWS deployment experience — ownership, not just familiarity.
Experience at enterprise scale: multi-tenant systems, security, observability, CI/CD.
Proficiency in a contemporary front-end framework (React preferred); ability to own UI delivery end-to-end is a strong differentiator.
Comfort with ambiguity and delivering quick in client-facing engagements.
Strong communication — you can hold your own in stakeholder conversations.

Valuable to Have
Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate).
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
Contributions to AI tooling or open-source projects.
