Position: Field Sales Coordinator

ob Summary: Supports sales leadership and prospective buyers in office during property walk-throughs, ensuring high-touch client experiences and flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare luxury show units, collateral, floor plans, and digital displays prior to client arrivals.
Accompany senior directors and HNI guests on field visits to log client feedback and specific requests.
Handle in office guest logistics, VIP receptions, and hospitality needs.
Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure swift delivery of customized proposals and pricing post-visit.
Prepare booking agreements, expressions of interest (EOI), and legal transaction paperwork.




Track buyer payment schedules, follow up on earnest money deposits, and issue receipts.
Maintain up-to-date client records, unit inventories, and deal statuses in the CRM.
Act as the point of contact between buyers, legal teams, and finance departments.
Requirements: 1–3 years in real estate,real estate administration; proficiency with real estate CRMs

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
